Great Company. Professional and efficient, love that everything can be done remotely as needed including signatures. Our realtor Ashley went above and beyond to make sure the process goes smooth. Was a wonderful experience, especially coming from a different state to Florida. Having someone like Ashley was / is a blessing. My wife and I never knew her before but she treated us like she’s known us for ages. She did all the search for us and advised us on the advantages on each of them. While doing so by showcasing to us using her phone because we never had the time leaving Washington DC metro area to go down Florida to do the search. Ashley completely understood the assessment. We’re so grateful she helped us. Today we’re now Floridians. Our 3 kids are very happy. The house is large with big backyard for some gardening and for the kids to play and have fun. What is even interesting about this house is that it turned to be more beautiful than what we expected. Everyone in this community is friendly and welcoming. We will always recommend Ashley to anyone looking buying. Even after moving in, she would call to find out if everything is ok about the house and ourselves. What a great person doing business with. Mi hogar soñado lo encontré junto con The Team Jimenez. Mi nombre es Luisa Martínez y mi esposo y yo tuvimos el placer de conocer a la compañía la Rosa Realty Internacional y ahí tuvimos la oportunidad de trabajar con mi Realtor asignado el señor Luis Jiménez que por cierto tuvimos algunas afinidad por los Luis a Luisa pero tuvimos cierto que otro desacierto porqué soy un poco difícil de entender pero como Luis siempre mantuvo su cordura nos ayudo en fin a conseguir la casa del sueño de mi esposo no tanto la mi pero le di la oportunidad para que mi esposo se sintieras realizado ya que yo siempre me salía con la mía pero fin que señor Luis Jimenez nunca perdió la paciencia conmigo y quedamos muy satisfecho fue muy amable.
